Is it free?

Yes. Your OnArrival account is free, and you don’t need a card to sign up. You only pay for the trips you book, at the price on the payment page.

Which AI apps work?

ChatGPT and Claude, plus Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code with GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Goose, Hermes and OpenClaw. Agents that browse the web, like Muse and Instinct, book on book.onarrival.com. ChatGPT needs a Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, on the web. Claude’s Free plan includes one custom connector.

Does my agent see my card?

No. Your agent sends you a link, and you pay on OnArrival’s secure checkout, powered by Razorpay, with UPI, cards or netbanking.

When is my trip actually booked?

Only when you pay. Your agent holds the fare for 12 minutes while you decide. If you don’t pay, nothing is booked and you aren’t charged.

What if my plans change?

Every booking is in your OnArrival account. Message our team from there, or from support, about changes, cancellations and refunds.
